  Name each page with its respective page number, using 3 digits. For example, you may name your page 009ski or        002Vacation, etc. Learn More

 Name your front and back cover images as 000frontcover and 000backcover.

Save your file(s) as High Quality PDF (or 300 dpi JPEG).

 Save your files onto a CD or DVD and send it along with your Order Form in a bubble-lined envelope for protection, or

       upload your images and fax the completed order form to 720-554-7986. (Email us for upload link).
